Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at byrsalguerogt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover return shipping and send a full refund or free replacement, your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please request a refund and place a new order.
